Philosophy and Goals

The educational mission of Coast Health Career College (CHCC) is to provide short term, high quality vocational training programs to qualified students in the field of Nursing, which will enable them to attain employment in entry-level positions.

 We, the faculty of the Vocational Nursing Program believe that:

• Through education man can maintain a state of constancy that allows self-care needs to be met.

• Individuals are concerned with providing preventive therapeutic and  restorative health care for individuals and families.

• Man should be respected for his uniqueness as well as for being a member of a family, a culture and a community regardless of age, race, color, culture  or creed.
